At a convention organized by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in Agra on Saturday, the Hindu nationalist group said that Europe was in danger of being overrun by Muslims, while RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat exhorted Hindus to have more children.
"The Hindu population is decreasing. Is there any law which says 'Hindus decrease your population'." There is nothing like that. If other people's is increasing then why not you?," he said.
Earlier this month, Union minister Giriraj Singh suggested a two-child norm for all religions, while talking about districts in Bihar where the Muslim population has been increasing at a faster rate than the Hindu population.
