LUCKNOW -- Emerging out of a meeting with Samajwadi Party supremo and his brother Mulayam Singh Yadav after being sacked, along with three others from the Uttar Pradesh Cabinet, party state chief Shivpal Yadav on Sunday said that he did not bother about his expulsion and would go the polls next year under the leadership of Netaji, casting further doubts on the issue of party's chief ministerial candidate.

Only a few days ago Shivpal had publicly announced that his nephew and incumbent Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav would be the party's chief ministerial face in the upcoming crucial state polls.

He alleged that there were some senior leaders, who in attempt to evade a CBI probe against them, had joined hands with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Speaking amid loud sloganeering in his support, Shivpal said, "Direct allegations have been levelled at the time when the state is going to polls. We will walk along with the people of the state."

Earlier today, Akhilesh, in an unexpected move, sacked four ministers including his uncle Shivpal from the Cabinet.

Narad Rai, Saiyyada Shadab Fatima and OP Singh are the other three leaders, who have been shown the door by the Chief Minister after a meeting called by him.
